I’m Reign, the face behind Heartfelt Healing - offering Bodywork, Postpartum Support, as well as hand-crafted Herbal Products.

An Arizona native, I currently reside in North Carolina with my two beautiful kids and their dad. We spend our days outside, making fires, foraging and exploring, crafting, singing, painting and soaking up the beauty that life and this earth holds for us.

I look forward to serving the women and mothers of my community with these offerings; born from a deep love and reverence for the earth mother herself. Guided and shaped by time learning from midwife Rachelle Seliga of Innate Traditions, Lindsay Courcelle, myofascial release therapist and teacher of Fascia Alchemy, as well as herbalist Sajah Popham, of The School of Evolutionary Herbalism.
